Shipping Information

Avenova offers FREE trackable standard shipping for all orders within the United States! Deliveries arrive in 3-5 business days. All orders are assigned a tracking number, which you will receive via email. Orders received Monday through Friday by 2pm Central will be shipped that day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day.

Return Policy

30 day written return policy.

Product Returns:

You may return any purchased Avenova products for a full refund as long as your return meets the following criteria:

1) The untampered units are in their original packaging.
2) The eligible product is returned at the expense of the buyer.

To complete a return, email sales@avenova.com or call (800) 890-0329. A customer care representative will assist you with the return. Please include your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email or packing slip. Return products to:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders:

If you believe that any purchased Avenova products are defective or damaged, or your order is incorrect, please email sales@avenova.com or call (800) 890-0329 for assistance. Please be prepared to provide your order number and a short description of the problem. You may be eligible to receive a full refund, exchange and/or replacement product(s) as no charge.

Processing Times:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from receipt of returned product.

For product exchanges, your request will be processed within 3-5 business days. The new product will be shipped using standard shipping methods.
